Why this site?

This site was born from the Catalonia Punta Del Rey 2024 Facebook™ Group.
One of the most often asked questions in that group is…

“How do I get to…?”

   Finding stuff in a Facebook™ Group with hundreds of posts is not easy!

So, this site is a place where you can quickly find directions to as many places as possible to visit while staying at the hotel.
Finding what you’re looking for will be much easier here, with everything clearly listed and included in the menu at the top of the page.

All questions, suggestions and any other comments should be made in The Facebook™ Group. The Group is the MAIN place to talk with other guests. You can then use this site as your reference for directions and to answer your “How Do I Get To…?” questions.

There are some great places to visit while staying at The Catalonia Punta Del Rey. You don’t have to visit anywhere, of course, but I would encourage you to explore the local area and also what the North of Tenerife has to offer. As well as directions, I’ll try to add some information about each place as well.

The Catalonia Punta Del Rey 2024 Facebook™ Group was set up by long time returning guest,
Steve Moore. It’s a really great place to meet and interact with other guests, many of whom return to the hotel time and time again. If you don’t already belong to the group,  I encourage you to join and find out why people do keep returning!
We’re a friendly bunch, so don’t be afraid to ask anything you want to know about the hotel.
